To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Products must be unused and in their original condition

Starting a return is simple:
- Step 1: Contact our customer support team at support@relievva.com with your order number
- Step 2: Let us know which item(s) you'd like to return and the reason (optional but helps us improve)
- Step 3: We'll send you a return authorization number and detailed return instructions
- Step 4: Package your item securely and ship it back to us using the provided address
- Step 5: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund

Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (credit card, debit card, PayPal, etc.).
Bank Processing: After we issue the refund, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to post it to your account.
